Conditions of Use

You may use the Service to plan and estimate your own epoxy flooring projects, or projects you are directly involved in. Reports, material lists, and installation guidance are licensed to you for personal or internal business use.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract pricing, product data, or instructional content.
• Resell, republish, or redistribute the app's reports or guides as your own product.
• Reverse engineer the calculators or attempt to bypass access controls or rate limits.
• Submit false project information in order to obtain contractor referrals.
• Upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content, or another person's data without permission.
• Interfere with the Service's operation or attempt to access other users' saved projects.

Every estimate depends on your inputs: square footage, slab condition, cracking, oil contamination, moisture, and existing coatings. Inaccurate inputs produce inaccurate material quantities and cost ranges. Measure your floor and inspect the slab before relying on any output.

Saved reports and checklists are tied to your account and are visible only to you and to app administrators. In-progress work held in your browser session is temporary and may be lost if you clear your browser data. We may retain anonymized usage analytics to improve the Service.

When you request a professional quote, you consent to us sharing the contact details and project information you submitted with local flooring contractors so they can respond to you. Any agreement, pricing, warranty, or workmanship dispute is strictly between you and that contractor.

Material lists are intentionally built around one supplier's catalog so that products are chemically compatible and available together. Substituting products across systems or brands can void manufacturer warranties and cause coating failure, and any such substitution is at your own risk.

The Service's name, layout, calculators, instructional content, and graphics are owned by us or our licensors. Product names, brands, and flake color images belong to their respective manufacturers and are shown for identification purposes only.

Links to suppliers, rental companies, and manufacturer documentation are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, pricing, or policies.

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, product catalogs, and pricing data may change or be removed without notice.

We may restrict or terminate access for conduct that violates these Conditions of Use, harms other users, or creates legal risk. These Conditions may be updated at any time, with changes effective when posted here.
