Clear the entire floor. Remove all items, shelving, and vehicles.
Sweep and vacuum thoroughly. Remove any loose debris.
Fill cracks with E4E Gel Patch. Trowel apply, let cure 60 minutes before proceeding.
Fill control joints with E4E Poly Joint Filler. Apply continuously once nozzle is engaged (30-second pot life in nozzle).
Diamond grind the entire surface to CSP 2–3 profile. ⚠️ SILICA DUST HAZARD: Use H-class HEPA dust extraction. Wear N95 respirator.
Vacuum all grinding dust. Floor must be completely clean before coating.
If VBP is needed: apply E4E VBP Vapor Barrier Primer at 100 sf/gal. Allow to cure per product instructions before base coat.
